Your Burning Questions Answered

We offer two different class styles at MVS&C. MV Sweat is a bootcamp style workout while our Functional Fitness class works with barbells and gymnastic components. Both styles offer a good sweat no matter your age or fitness background!

Functional Fitness is for ANYONE! All movements can be modified and made attainable especially for our beginner athletes. In order to start attending the Cross-Fit class we require you to take our Fundamentals course. This takes you through all the foundational movements that are used in class. This will not only help you move properly, but give you confidence in class.

Let us explain why we do not offer beginner classes. We want you to feel a part of something the minute you sign up at the gym. Our coaches are more than cheerleaders. We are educated and knowledgeable to modify any movement needed for every fitness level that comes into our gym. You will be doing the exact same workout as everyone else, but scaled to your level in the gym. Each workout is YOUR workout and we make sure to modify if needed so that you walk out feeling accomplished!

YES! We love drop ins. We ask that you have Functional Fitness experience (no experience needed for our MV Sweat class) and that you sign up prior to coming in. Our drop in fee is $20 a class.

YES! No experience needed for the MV Sweat, but we require that you have Functional Fitness experience to attend this class. We do ask that you schedule this with a coach so that we can reserve a space. Your first class is always on us!

To get started is easy:
1. Book a free no-sweat intro session where a coach will give you the best recommendation for your fitness goals
2. If you are ready to start and do not require an intro session, you can register for your first class FREE
3. An experienced coach will then help you decide on a membership that is best suited for your lifestyle and fitness journey

The unlimited memberships give you the opportunity to attend as many classes as you want! It also gives you the opportunity to attend our OPEN GYM slots. These are available throughout the day and are an independent environment. It is a time to brush up on any skills that you would like to improve on or simply time for a relaxing stretch.

Of course! Our membership offerings at MVS&C are customizable to your goals and needs. Regardless of the membership you purchase, it allows you to either check into our MV Sweat or Functional Fitness class.
